2026 Summer Contract (June 8,2026-August 7,2026)

Registration will open online: April 15,2026 at 6:00 AM

Enrollment Requirements:

Complete Online Registration

$100 non-refundable registration fee/per family

Required to schedule and pay for 1 day minimum

Each child requires their own contract

Children 5 years old who are registered for Kindergarten - children entering 6th Grade

Fee: $/day/child

Contracts Include:

Choose your own schedule - 1 day required

Drop-in days (Under 7 day notice) account owners can call site

Limited Care Week (Summer Contract owners only) August 10,2026-August 14,2026

Families will register for summer care separately based on your family needs. Registrations are reviewed in the order they are received in our online system and can take up to ten business days to process. Accounts that have an overdue balance will not be processed.

Field Trips

Families can register for field trips in their Community Education Account during open dates .

  • All field trips have an open and close date

  • You must be registered for care to attend SACC field trips

  • You must choose the field trip at the site your child is registered at

  • Field trips are charged the day you register

  • To cancel/refund a field trip, please call the SACC office (507) 328-4040 or Email prior to the close date

  • Refunds will not be given after the close date

  • Field trips are closed online when filled to capacity

  • If you are interested in a field trip that is no longer available online, please check with the welcome center at your site. They may have a waitlist for your field trip.

  • Waiting lists do not guarantee field trips
